If you receive an email regarding declaration, it means that your parcel has already arrived at our oversea warehouse. In order to proceed with your shipment, you will need to provide more details about your parcels to us. In the email, there is a tracking number of your parcel. Please go to the "Member Center > Parcel Management" to declare your parcel immediately.
Any parcel without a proper declaration can be stored at our warehouse for 30 days for free and it will be discarded without further notice after the 30 days.
