When a parcel arrives at Hong Kong warehouse, you can find its weight in "Member Centre > My Shipment > Ready to Consolidate". If you have any questions regarding the parcel weight, please contact us. We will update you the parcel weight within 1 to 2 working days after examination. Please note that the parcel weight provided by overseas couriers is a reference only which may differ with the actual weight.
